Our light to heavy gauge stamping capabilities allow us to produce parts ranging in thickness between 0.005 to 0.5 inches and maximum part widths up to 48 inches. Our maximum press bed can handle tooling up to 240 inches by 70 inches. With a maximum hydraulic press stroke of 18 inches and a maximum mechanical press stroke of 31 inches, our team is equipped to handle projects of virtually any size.

Our custom metal stamping processes utilize fully automated robotic transfer mechanisms and in-die sensors, enabling us to meet even the most demanding production volumes. On a daily basis, our facility manufactures up to a half million parts.
